Jenny Craig meals are designed to be eaten in one sitting. This is different from most other meal plans where you are allowed to eat the food over a period of time. The reason for this is that Jenny Craig wants you to lose weight quickly. There are currently three Jenny Craig meal options: Classic, Lean Start, and Ultra-Lean.
The Classic plan has three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Lean Start plan has two meals a day: breakfast and lunch. The Ultra-Lean plan has one meal a day: dinner. Each Jenny Craig meal comes with a number of servings. For example, the Classic plan has 12 servings in total. The Lean Start plan has 10 servings in total. The Ultra-Lean plan has 8 servings in total.
